Dr. Alexander Liberov

CEO 

  • Dr Alexander Liberov has gained over twenty years of international experience in many areas of application including energy. His multidisciplinary background unfolds from business development to logistics, factory management, sales, service and M&A.
  • PhD degree in Marketing from State University of Hamburg 
  • Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Erlangen, Germany 
  • 1996-2012 Siemens AG, Healthcare, Energy Divisions: appointed several leadership positions in business development, logistics, factory management, sales and service, including M&A in Germany and USA 
  • 2012-2015 Siemens AG, Mobility and Building solutions Divisions: acts as CFO in the Asia-Pacific region with HQ in Singapore 
  • 2015-2018 Siemens AG: acts as CFO in the CIS Region 
  • 2018-2023 Siemens AG: acts as President and CEO in the CIS Region with business responsibility for 1.5 billion Euro Revenue, 9 factories and approx. 7000 employees 
  • Board memberships: Board Director in Solydera Group (2023-now), Chairman and Board Member of Association of European Businesses (2016-2023), Chairman of the Board in JV UralLoko (2018-2022), Board Director in Siemens Signaling Pte and Pty, Singapore and Australia (2013-2015)
     

Massimo Bertoldi

Group CTO, GM Italy

  • 49, married, two sons.
  • PhD Material Engineering
  • CTO of SolydEra since 2006
  • 18y expertise in fuel cell and electrolysis technology. Lead the development of SOC-based products from an early stage to a commercial deployment into EU market
  • His ambition is to continue making technology more and more accessible to people

Mats Christer Pramborn 

CFO

  • Degree in Finance and Economics at the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden. 
  • Proven CFO with over 20 years’ experience gained in the industrial sector. Semperit Group, CEAG AG and Boeing are some of the companies he worked for. 
  • Having worked and lived in multiple countries both in Europe and Asia, Mats has gained extensive international and operational experience in multicultural environments.
  • Mats is married and has one daughter. 

Alexandre Closset 

Head of Business Development & Engineering

  • Physics engineer at EPFL, Switzerland.
  • Executive MBA in Technology Management.
  • He co-founded and chaired HTceramix SA (2000 – 2006), a company developing and marketing ceramic fuel cells (sold to SOLIDpower SpA in 2007). 
  • From 2000 to 2010, he was Co-founder and CEO of VHF-Technologies SA (Flexcell), a company producing flexible photovoltaic panels.
  • From 2010 to 2015, he was Director of Belenos Clean Power Holding Ltd within the Swatch Group.
  • From 2015 to 2017 CEO of Swiss Hydrogen SA, a start-up that acquired a license to market the fuel cell technology of Belenos Clean Power (Swatch Group) and was then sold to the Auto Inergy division of the Plastic Omnium group.
  • From 2018 to 2022 Business Line Director of Fuel Cell Systems within the Plastic Omnium Group.
  • From 2023 to 2024 Responsible for industrial partnerships within the Coalition for Green Energy Storage at EPFL.

Olga Luzik

Chief Operations Officer

  • Extensive financial experience across global organisations including several CFO roles
  • Led project for establishing Shared Services centre with a scope of > 100 companies under service agreement
  • CFO of SolydEra Group since 2019
  • Focus on financial planning and analysis, financial strategy and IT

Fabio Lui

Head of Legal

  • Degree in Law, University of Trento, Italy.
  • Counselor at Studio Legale Pavia e Ansaldo, Milan, Italy.
  • 14 years of experience as an External Consultant in international law firms, assisting medium and large companies in various industries, primarily in corporate, commercial, export compliance, and M&A transactions.
  • Member of the International Bar Association (IBA)

Andrea Paolo Colombo

Chief Human Resources Officer

  • 20 years’ experience as an International HR executive and 10 years as an HR and organization consultant. He has worked in Italy, France, and Norway, managing global responsibilities across the UAE, Qatar, Vietnam, Singapore, Brazil, USA, Canada, Romania, Croatia, Poland, and more.
  • His key achievements include defining and deploying HR strategies, creating startups, restructuring organizations, managing industrial crises, and improving processes. 
  • Extensive experience in recruitment, union negotiations, talent management, succession planning, HR policy setup, compensation and benefits systems, performance management, global mobility, and HR duties for listed companies. 
  • He has successfully led cultural integration, change management, employee engagement, hybrid and remote work organization, HR transformation, digitalization projects, safety and quality culture turnarounds, executive coaching, privacy compliance, and labor law management.
