Scopo della posizione:

La risorsa verrà inserita nel team di acquisti e si occuperà di gestire gli acquisti indiretti mantenendo rapporti con le funzioni interne ed i fornitori.

Ha il compito di pianificare e gestire gli approvvigionamenti dell’azienda e di coordinare e controllare le attività di acquisto di beni e servizi, in un’ottica di ottimizzazione delle scorte, miglioramento dei flussi e dei processi di stoccaggio e riduzione dei costi. 

Responsabilità

  • Allinearsi con le funzioni aziendali riguardo ai requisiti di beni e servizi richiesti;
  • Effettuare analisi di mercato e scouting e sviluppo nuovi fornitori;
  • Presidiare le attività del processo di acquisto, coordinando e gestendo la pianificazione dell’approvvigionamento e di tutte le attività collegate;
  • Assicurare l’attuazione e il seguito dei progetti strategici a livello globale;
  • Impostare processi di saving;
  • Definizione e gestione dei contratti di fornitura;
  • Mantenere la conservazione dei dati e dei contratti;
  • Garantire l’adeguatezza dei documenti di acquisto sotto il profilo legale;
  • Qualifica e valutazione prestazione dei fornitori;
  • Emissione ordini e solleciti;
  • Gestione contenzioso e resi;
  • Aggiornare manuali e guide;
  • Gestire le richieste spot.

Requisiti e conoscenze

  • Consolidata esperienza nella area acquisti e/o attività di purchasing;
  • Formazione ad indirizzo tecnico o economico;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte;
  • Esperienza nell’ utilizzo di software informatici per la gestione degli acquisti. La conoscenza di Microsoft Dynamics NAV sarà considerata un plus;
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office 365 (Teams, Excel, ecc.);
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo B2).

The Role:

Primary responsibilities of the candidate will be:

  • To improve the knowledge of raw-materials used (ceramic powders, plastic binders, additives): the candidate will take care to understand suppliers’ production process and their key parameters, will investigate raw-materials properties and their measurement methods and will help the team to search for possible technological alternatives in the market;
  • to provide technical expertise in daily processing operation and in research and development projects: the candidate will use the skills in Chemistry/Physics to support and implement continuous improvement projects, to qualify materials through new and existing equipment and technologies and to evaluate and develop new techniques for production which reduce costs, raise product quality, address non-conformances and achieve product consistency

Responsibilities of the candidate will also include:

  • Research process improvements and communicate findings;
  • Identify and validate new equipments;
  • Measures performance of various materials in accordance with specifications;
  • When a material fails, gathers data and analyzes the reasons why the material did not meet specifications;
  • Internal knowledge transfer on new products and technologies;
  • Take part in the scale-up process of a new product, from R&D to Production.

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Master Degree in Materials Science, Materials/Ceramic/Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physic or similar;
  • 3 -5 years work experience in the same role
  • Good knowledge of English (At least lev.B2);
  • Willingness to travel abroad;
  • Proficiency with Office 365 main programs;
  • Experience in handling and characterization of powders (in specific, ceramic powders) is preferred. Not mandatory;
  • Familiarity with powder plant systems and associated equipment is preferred. Not mandatory;
  • Experience with colloidal suspension formulation, characterization of production is a big plus. Not mandatory;
  • [preferably] 6 sigma training;
  • Strong analytical capacities;
  • Able to work in teamwork, critical thinker and problem-solving attitude;
  • Assertive and proactive;
  • Independency to accomplish projects and tasks assigned;
  • Able to work in multicultural environment;
  • Able to report results, risks and problem in a clear and synthetic way both in verbal and written form.
