What you will do
Working in one of our production departments and supported by experienced colleagues, you will contribute to the various stages of the manufacturing process.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing, handling and managing ceramic materials and components
- Operating automated equipment and machinery
- Carrying out activities in accordance with work instructions
- Performing visual and dimensional inspections in compliance with quality standards
- Collaborating with the team to ensure continuity, accuracy and safety throughout the production process.

Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician with at least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance. The search is aimed at professionals who have held a role specifically dedicated to maintenance.
The successful candidate will carry out preventive, corrective and extraordinary maintenance on production plants and machinery, helping to ensure their efficiency and operational continuity.
What you will do
· Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on production equipment
· Independently identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults
· Carry out preventive maintenance activities in line with company maintenance plans
· Respond to equipment breakdowns, reducing diagnostic and restoration times
· Accurately complete documentation related to maintenance activities performed
· Collaborate with Production and Technical functions
· Propose improvements aimed at increasing the reliability, safety and efficiency of the equipment.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician in industrial environments
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical faults
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings
- Good knowledge of motors, gearboxes, drive systems, bearings, pumps, valves and industrial components
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and related components, including motors, inverters, sensors, power supplies, relays and contactors
- Ability to use standard electrical measuring instruments, such as multimeters and clamp meters
- Ability to operate conventional machine tools, particularly lathes, to manufacture or restore mechanical components
- Availability to work shifts and be on call should these arrangements be introduced. They are not currently in place
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of industrial automation, sufficient to understand equipment operation and support troubleshooting activities. PLC programming experience is not required
- Experience with penumatic and hydraulic systems
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software.

- Operational autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility

- Accuracy, methodical approach and reliability
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team
- Strong focus on safety and quality at work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical diploma in mechanics, electrical systems, electrotechnics, mechatronics, or an equivalent field
- Experience gained in manufacturing companies operating automated equipment
- Relevant certifications or qualifications, such as PES/PAV, MEWP/PLE licences,and training for working at height and fall-risk prevention.

- Indicative gross annual salary between € 30.000 and € 36.000. For highly experienced and skilled profiles, we will consider compensation packages aligned with the level and seniority of the selected candidate
