As a part of changes in ownership and the execution of a new growth strategy, SolydEra S.p.A. is changing its executive team members. Mr Pekka A. Viljakainen will take the role as Chairman of the Board and Dr. Alexander Liberov has been appointed as CEO in addition to his Director of the Board responsibilities.
The current Chairman and CEO Martin Fuellenbach has decided to move to new endeavors, outside SolydEra group.

At the same time, I want to welcome Alexander to guarantee the smooth transition of the business to its next phase. Alexander brings broad international experience having led industrial, energy and transportation businesses in Europe, United States, Asia and Australia over the last 27 years.”, says newly appointed chairman Pekka A. Viljakainen.
SolydEra is headquartered in Trento, Italy and it has R&D units in Switzerland and Australia.
All changes are effective as of 1.6.2024.
