Change in Sales responsibility at SolydEra: Mar van Sluijs takes over as CSO

As of 1st March 2023 Mar van Sluijs leads the sales team at SolydEra. With responsibilities in sales, marketing, product management and service, he will provide comprehensive support to the executive management team and work towards the company’s profitable growth in national and international markets.
Mar steps into the CSO position in times of omnipresent uncertainty and change. The pressing issues of the energy transition and energy security demand innovative, forward-looking new technologies and infrastructures. This is precisely where SolydEra’s know-how and thus its growth potential lies.
International B-2-B sales leadership
Mar developed his international career in industrial sales & services, profitable growth strategies, regional & global leadership over a period of thirty years. Most of this period he and his family spend in emerging markets in Asia and Africa away from their home country; the Netherlands.
Mar acquired roles of increasing responsibility in the global engineering companies to whom he belonged. He is at home in the metal, marine, energy and chemical industries. From 2020 he held the role of Managing Director and Sales Director of Semperform, a division of the Semperit Group in Austria.
Mar van Sluijs will join SolydEra from the headquarters in Pergine (Italy).
